Prior to joining itsme®, Véronique Vingerhoets served as the Chief People Officer at iBanFirst for approximately two years. In this role, she led the HR function across 10 European countries, overseeing more than 350 employees. She was instrumental in establishing iBanFirst as a leading alternative for businesses in cross-border payments, significantly contributing to the company’s rapid growth and market presence.
Before her time at iBanFirst, Véronique held the position of Chief People Officer at MobileXpense for around three and a half years. She played a key role in automating and streamlining travel and expense management processes for multinational corporations, serving over 1,300 clients globally. Her leadership was pivotal in enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement across the company.
Earlier in her career, Véronique worked as an HR & Talent Acquisition Consultant at Twikit for about six months, where she provided strategic HR consulting services, helping shape the talent acquisition processes of the company.
In the preceding roles, Véronique gained extensive experience across various HR and consulting positions at companies like bol.com, Collibra Software, Transearch, and Ysearch International. These experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of talent management, organizational development, and HR transformation.
