Charles Sargeant brings over two decades of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, having recently served as Chief Operations Officer at Reliable Medical. Before joining Reliable Medical, Charles was the Chief Revenue Cycle Officer at National Seating & Mobility, where he led strategic initiatives that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and business growth.
His extensive experience also includes roles such as Senior Vice President of Operations and Regional Vice President of Operations, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Katie Stevens, who has been with Reliable Medical for nearly five years, has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. As the former Chief Executive Officer, Katie led the company through a period of significant expansion and transformation. Before her tenure as CEO, she served as Vice President of Operations, where she honed her skills in strategic operations management and team leadership. Katie’s new role as Chief People Officer will allow her to focus on fostering a strong workplace culture and driving talent development across the organization.
