Manchester, England, United Kingdom, December 2025 — Vicki Marcroft has taken on a new leadership role as Chief People Officer at TAG, marking a significant step in the organization’s people and culture leadership. In this role, she will be responsible for shaping TAG’s global people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting talent and leadership development across its international operations.
In the immediate phase prior to this appointment, Vicki Marcroft served as Director of People & Culture at TAG for over a year, based in Manchester, England, United Kingdom. In this role, she played a key part in advancing people and culture initiatives, laying a strong foundation for her elevation to Chief People Officer.
Before joining TAG, Vicki spent more than 11 years at Victrex, a FTSE 250 organization, where she held the role of HR Director ISC with Learning & Inclusion. During her long tenure, she led a strategically focused, generalist HR function, with responsibilities spanning talent strategy, learning, inclusion, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and compliance management.
Earlier in her career, she served as Head of HR – UK & Europe at TUI, where The LateRooms Group was part of TUI AG (FTSE 100). Initially recruited in a global learning and development capacity, she progressed into a senior HR business partner role overseeing UK and European HR operations. She also held HR leadership roles at Leap29 as HR & Training Manager, following earlier recruitment consulting roles at Leap29 and Beresford Blake Thomas, building a strong foundation across recruitment, HR generalist leadership, and training.
