London, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Victoria Sharp has been appointed as Head of People Operations at London Business School, where she will lead HR strategy, operational transformation, and people management to enhance workforce effectiveness at one of the world’s leading business schools.
Victoria brings extensive experience in HR leadership, change management, and talent strategy, having spent over 25 years at Sainsbury’s in various senior HR roles. Most recently, she served as Head of Supply Chain and Logistics HR Change, leading large-scale transformation projects to optimize cost efficiency, workforce strategy, and operational effectiveness across multiple locations. Before that, as Senior HR Project Lead, she played a critical role in delivering HR solutions for high-impact business initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of strategic workforce planning and people processes.
Prior to this, Victoria was HR Business Partner for Various Distribution Centres, where she was responsible for people management, employee relations, and HR transformation across multiple sites. In her earlier role as HR Business Partner for Central Supply Chain, she focused on aligning HR and business strategy, supporting major workforce projects across the network. She also led multiple TUPE transfers, playing a key role in organizational change management.
Victoria’s early career includes her tenure as HR Process Change Manager at Sainsbury’s, where she successfully managed key workforce transitions and operational restructuring, and HR leadership roles at Booker Wholesale Foods Ltd. With her strong expertise in workforce transformation, talent management, and strategic HR leadership, she is set to drive people operations excellence at London Business School.
