Katie Wisniewski brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership, talent management, and learning & development. Before joining Sota, she was HR and Talent Manager, shaping talent strategy and employee experience.
Previously, she spent over six years at Openreach, serving as L&D Skilling and Programme Manager and Apprenticeship and Culture Change Manager, where she was instrumental in developing apprenticeship programs, leadership frameworks, and skilling transformation initiatives across the UK.
Prior to that, she held key learning and capability development roles at BT Group, focusing on performance enhancement, skill-building, and business transformation.
