Priya Tikare, a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in people management, steps into her new role backed by a rich history at Lenovo. Previously, she has significantly contributed to the organization as the Global HR Director for Lenovo’s International Services Support and the Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Leader. With an educational background in computer science and an MBA, Tikare’s comprehensive understanding of both the technological and managerial facets positions her uniquely to drive Lenovo India’s HR strategies forward.

Under Tikare’s leadership, Lenovo India is poised for a significant phase of growth, with plans to introduce over 1,000 technical jobs in the region over the coming years. Her role is crucial in attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier talent, thereby solidifying India’s reputation as a global technology hub.
