Greater Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, September 2024 – Elena Argyriou has been appointed as the Head of People & Culture at Snappymob. In her new role, Elena will lead initiatives to cultivate a thriving workplace culture, enhancing organizational effectiveness and promoting diversity and inclusion within the company.

Elena Argyriou has been actively promoting diversity and inclusion as a Women in Games Ambassador for over three years, coaching and mentoring within the gaming industry to foster an inclusive environment.

Prior to this role, Elena served as the Chief of Staff, People Operations at a Stealth Startup in Singapore for over two years. Here, she was instrumental in developing the company’s strategic vision, assembling a high-performing team, and engaging with a broad network of investors to support growth and technology adoption.

Before Virtuos, Elena enhanced employee engagement and managed diversity initiatives as the Chief Happiness Officer at Ubisoft Annecy for approximately a year and a half, during which she led several successful cultural and engagement programs.
