Houston, Texas, United States, May 2026 — Gabriela Rodríguez has joined TRIO Electric as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing extensive experience in people strategy, organizational transformation, talent development, workforce scalability, and culture building across high-growth and operationally intensive organizations.
In her new role at TRIO Electric, Gabriela will lead the company’s people strategy as the organization continues expanding its electrical contracting, civil construction, emergency services, and energy intelligence operations. She will partner closely with executive leadership and private equity stakeholders to strengthen workforce planning, leadership development, talent acquisition, employer branding, compensation strategy, employee engagement, succession planning, HR technology adoption, and organizational scalability.
Before joining TRIO Electric, Gabriela served as Senior Vice President, People & Culture at P3 Services, where she played a key role in helping scale the organization through growth, acquisitions, operational transformation, and people-focused leadership initiatives. During her tenure, she led organizational development programs, succession planning, onboarding systems, training frameworks, payroll compliance, employee relations, compensation planning, and workforce optimization strategies.
Earlier, she was Director, People Business Partners at Entera, where she partnered with leadership teams on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, capability building, workforce planning, and change management initiatives across the business.
Gabriela also spent more than five years with Memorial Hermann Health System, holding multiple HR leadership roles including Human Resources Manager, HR Business Partners, HR Business Partner, Recruiting Engagement Manager, and Recruitment Consultant. In these roles, she led workforce planning, employee engagement, leadership coaching, talent acquisition transformation, strategic HR consulting, retention initiatives, and operational HR projects supporting large healthcare operations.
Her earlier professional experience includes leadership roles at Robert Half, where she managed recruitment operations, business development, staffing strategy, team leadership, and talent management initiatives across multiple client sectors.
