Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, May 2026 — Factspan has welcomed Nagarajan V. as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, strengthening the leadership team of the data and AI company as it continues scaling its global talent, culture, and organizational capabilities.
Before joining Factspan, Nagarajan served as Head – Corporate HR and Transformation at Coromandel, Murugappa Group, where he led corporate HR priorities and transformation initiatives.
Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President – Human Resources at BYJU’S, where he supported people strategy and HR leadership during a significant phase of growth and organizational change. Earlier, he served as Global Chief People Officer at Mobileum, leading people strategy for the global technology company.
His career also includes senior HR leadership roles at AXA, where he served as CHRO & Senior Vice President – Human Resources, Corporate Communication and CSR, and Times Internet, where he was Group Vice President – Human Resources for the Times Internet Group.
Earlier, Nagarajan held key HR leadership positions at HP, Vodafone India, Royal Sundaram General Insurance, Murugappa Group, and VIP Industries, building broad experience across technology, insurance, telecom, internet, manufacturing, and corporate transformation.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, where he completed an MBA in Human Resources, and IIT Kharagpur, where he earned a B.Tech, Nagarajan brings a strong academic foundation along with nearly three decades of HR leadership experience.
