Dallas, Texas, United States, May 2026 — Jacobs has appointed Cheryl Lim as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its global leadership team as the company continues advancing its growth, transformation, and people strategy across complex global markets.
In this role, Lim will lead Jacobs’ global people strategy, with a focus on talent development, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, culture, and workforce transformation. Her appointment brings deep global HR experience across technology, infrastructure, manufacturing, data centers, industrial systems, and enterprise transformation.
Before joining Jacobs, Lim served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Vertiv, where she led the people strategy for a $9 billion global business with approximately 28,000 employees. At Vertiv, she advised the CEO and executive leadership team, transformed HR service delivery, strengthened talent acquisition, introduced global job architecture, advanced performance management, and implemented a global people strategy that supported business growth and cultural transformation.
Prior to Vertiv, Lim served as Vice President Human Resources at ITT Inc., supporting the Connect & Control Technologies business. In this role, she partnered with executive leadership on business transformation, talent investment, change management, workforce planning, and HR operating model redesign.
Earlier, Lim spent more than two decades at Honeywell, where she held multiple senior global HR leadership roles across enterprise business transformation, corporate HR, EMEA and high-growth regions, Northern Europe, integrated supply chain, staffing, and HR generalist leadership. Her work covered large-scale organizational design, executive leadership development, talent management, labor relations, digital and AI-enabled talent tools, succession planning, and global transformation.
With over two decades of experience leading global HR strategy and transformation across complex multinational organizations, Lim brings strong expertise in culture change, talent systems, leadership development, workforce planning, and organizational performance to Jacobs.
