Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2026 — CarTrade Tech Ltd. has appointed Gaurav Sirohi as its new Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues expanding its multi-channel automotive technology and marketplace ecosystem.
With extensive experience spanning technology, digital marketplaces, healthcare, renewable energy, consulting, and manufacturing sectors, Gaurav brings strong expertise in HR transformation, talent strategy, organizational development, leadership capability building, succession planning, and culture transformation.
Prior to joining CarTrade Tech Ltd., Gaurav served as Chief Human Resources Officer at OLX India, where he led the people strategy and organizational transformation agenda for the digital marketplace business.
Earlier at OLX Group, he held key leadership roles including HR Director – Product, Data and Technology and Associate Director – Human Resources. In these positions, he led the people agenda for product, data, and technology hubs across India and Europe, drove hyper-growth talent initiatives, strengthened employer branding, led diversity and inclusion efforts, spearheaded succession planning, enhanced retention strategies, and partnered with business leaders to integrate HR strategy with business growth priorities.
Before OLX, Gaurav served as Vice President – HR at Rays Power Infra Limited, where he led HR transformation initiatives, designed organizational vision and values, managed talent strategy for a 700+ employee workforce, and partnered directly with the company’s co-founder on leadership and people management initiatives.
He also co-founded euHReka Consulting LLP, where he focused on helping organizations strengthen employer branding, employee value proposition, and culture transformation strategies.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav held leadership positions at BD (Becton Dickinson), where he led HR business partnering, talent acquisition, HR transformation, workforce planning, organizational design, employee engagement, and succession management initiatives across major business segments. He also served as Manager – HR at Escorts Limited and Fresenius Kabi, building experience across industrial relations, manufacturing HR, business partnering, and organizational capability development.
An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where he completed his MBA in Human Resources, Gaurav has consistently led strategic people initiatives and high-performance culture-building across Indian and global enterprises.
