Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, December 2025 – Vijay Nair has been appointed as Head – HR & Administration at Naxatra Labs, marking a significant leadership addition as the organization accelerates its mission in advanced electric mobility solutions. In his new role, Nair will lead the company’s human resources strategy, administrative governance, infrastructure enablement, and people systems to support scalable innovation and operational excellence.
Vijay Nair brings over three decades of leadership experience across Human Resources, Administration, Facilities Management, and Institutional Operations, with a career deeply rooted in building high-performance ecosystems for education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and organizational development institutions. His career reflects a strong blend of strategic HR leadership and operational infrastructure management.
Most recently, he served for nearly nine years at the International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology (iCreate) as Head – HR & Administration, where he played a pivotal role in building scalable HR frameworks, managing multi-location administrative infrastructure, driving statutory compliance, institutional operations, budgeting, campus development, vendor ecosystems, and supporting innovation-led growth initiatives.
Prior to iCreate, Vijay spent more than a decade with the Centre for Organization Development (Hyderabad) as Head of Administration, where he led strategic administrative planning, institutional governance, vendor management, statutory compliance, campus infrastructure, asset management, crisis response systems, and cross-functional operations supporting large-scale learning and OD programs.
Earlier in his career, he held senior operational leadership roles including Head of Operations at Bonnie FOI Group of Educations, where he independently managed university examinations, student administration, regulatory compliance, and academic governance systems. He also worked as an independent institutional consultant supporting universities and regulatory bodies such as AICTE, UGC, CBSE, and various State Education Departments. His foundational years included operations leadership in the catering and hospitality services sector.
