Vinay brings over 14 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, adoption, and enterprise scaling. A Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame member, he has successfully delivered over 350 transformation projects worldwide, empowering businesses with innovative and scalable CRM solutions. His deep-rooted passion for the Salesforce ecosystem is exemplified by his founding of India Dreamin’, the world’s largest community-led Salesforce event.
Before joining mindZvue, Vinay served as COO & Business Unit Head – Salesforce at iLink Digital, where he led operations and business growth for Dazeworks, a Salesforce consulting unit under the iLink umbrella. Prior to that, he was Co-Founder & COO at Dazeworks Inc, where he played a key role in building the company into a reputable Salesforce partner with a global footprint.
Vinay’s earlier experience includes impactful roles at Fujitsu as Senior Salesforce Consultant, where he contributed to pioneering lightning migration projects; and at Tata Consultancy Services, where he began his career as a Salesforce Consultant/Developer, quickly rising through the ranks and earning accolades for innovation and customer excellence.
He also worked with a confidential organization as a Salesforce Developer, gaining foundational experience in the Salesforce ecosystem that set the stage for his future leadership in the space. With a strong background in both strategy and execution, Vinay is now focused on positioning mindZvue as a global innovation leader through its vision of “Innovation-as-a-Service.”
