Arkansas, USA, May 2024 – Danielle Weizman has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Apptegy. She will lead the company’s people strategy, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives while supporting Apptegy’s vision of empowering K-12 and civic leaders with strong digital branding solutions.
Weizman brings over 10 years of HR experience to her new role. Most recently, she served as VP, Talent Acquisition & Communications at Coyote Logistics from June 2023 to April 2024. In this role, she oversaw talent acquisition strategies, HR communications, and workforce planning while implementing comprehensive HR initiatives.
Before her role as VP, Talent Acquisition & Communications, Weizman was Vice President, US HR Business Partners at Coyote Logistics from August 2020 to February 2022. Here, she led the US HRBP team and the People Team for Coyote’s Guadalajara office in Mexico. She implemented talent management projects and organizational design while developing Coyote’s first uniform performance management process.
Earlier in her career, Weizman held various roles at Coyote Logistics, including Director, HRBP (2017-2020), Manager, People Operations (2017), and Talent Manager (2014-2016). During this time, she managed recruiting, employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development, contributing significantly to Coyote’s overall HR strategy.
Before joining Coyote Logistics, Weizman worked as a Recruiter (2011-2014) and National Account Manager (2011), both in Chicago, Illinois. Her early career also included experience as a Server/Bartender at Leonardo’s Italian Grille and as a Front Office/Rotational Intern at Staybridge Suites.
