Dominican Republic, July 2025 – Vineet Singhal has been elevated to the role of Vice President Franchise Operations for the Caribbean Islands at The Coca-Cola Company, marking an exciting new chapter in his distinguished journey with the global beverage leader. In this elevated leadership role, Vineet will drive franchise strategy, commercial execution, and partner collaboration across the Caribbean Islands region.
Over the last 11+ years at The Coca-Cola Company, Vineet has held several pivotal roles across India and South-West Asia, including Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management and Integrated Execution, Head of E-Commerce India, and Director of Operations. These positions saw him lead high-impact transformations in digital commerce, revenue growth, and operational excellence, while consistently aligning execution with evolving consumer trends.
Prior to this, Vineet served in leadership roles such as General Manager Operations North, Senior Manager Commercial Planning, and Franchise Operations Manager, where he contributed to strengthening route-to-market strategies, building franchisee capabilities, and driving cross-functional alignment in the North India markets.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Vineet spent over three years with Johnson & Johnson Vision, where he managed North India’s contact lens business as Regional Sales Manager. He also held earlier leadership roles at ITC Limited, handling diverse portfolios in food products and market research across South Maharashtra, Coastal Andhra, and Greater Kolkata regions. He began his career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd, gaining foundational experience in the telecom domain.
Vineet is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, where he completed his PGDM in Marketing and Operations.
