Viral Jasani, an alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, brings to the table over 18 years of extensive experience in human resource management (HRM), spanning various regions, skills, disciplines, levels, and domains.
His career path includes notable stints at Marriott International, where he served in roles at Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan, Marriott Area Office – South Asia, Sheraton Grand Pune, and Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway before this latest appointment.
Jasani’s HR expertise is recognized for optimal resource utilization, effective manpower planning, sourcing, structuring, and facilitating successful restructuring initiatives. His strategic mindset and proficiency in anticipating HR needs have been pivotal in formulating and implementing new policies aligned with long-term business objectives.
