Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 — Visa has appointed Fadi Moukaddem as Senior Vice President and Group Country Manager, leading its newly established regional cluster covering the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar.
In this role, Fadi will oversee Visa’s strategy, partnerships, and operations across the three markets, working closely with financial institutions, regulators, and ecosystem partners to accelerate digital payments adoption, innovation, and financial inclusion.
Fadi has been with Visa since 2014 and brings deep institutional knowledge and regional leadership experience to the role. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Visa’s Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region, where he led the finance agenda across 87 markets, supporting sustained growth, operational scale, and regulatory engagement across one of Visa’s most diverse regions globally.
Earlier at Visa, he held the role of Vice President, Finance – CEMEA, playing a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, strategic planning, and regional transformation initiatives. His tenure at Visa has been marked by close collaboration with banking partners and regulators, enabling the expansion of digital payment ecosystems across emerging and developed markets.
Prior to joining Visa, Fadi held senior finance leadership roles at PepsiCo, where he served as Executive Director, Financial Planning & Analysis for the Middle East and Africa region, and at Nokia Solutions and Networks, where he was Chief Financial Officer for the Gulf and Egypt. Earlier in his career, he built a strong foundation in financial leadership across telecommunications, insurance, and financial services organizations in the Middle East.
With nearly three decades of experience across multinational organizations, Fadi is widely recognized for his ability to combine financial discipline with strategic execution in complex, multi-market environments.
