Morgane Neff Appointed as Head of People at DQE, Data Quality Everywhere

Greater Paris Metropolitan Region, June 2025 – Morgane Neff has joined DQE, Data Quality Everywhere as the new Head of People, taking on responsibility for shaping and advancing the company’s people strategy at a time of continued growth and innovation. In her new role, Morgane will oversee all aspects of HR, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development, supporting DQE’s mission to deliver world-leading data quality solutions for clients across industries.

Before joining DQE, Morgane Neff served as Head of People at Meilisearch for over two years, where she was a member of the leadership team and built the people function from the ground up for a distributed workforce across three continents. At Meilisearch, Morgane played a key role in translating business objectives into strategic HR initiatives, driving talent acquisition, advancing diversity and gender equity, and designing transparent career development frameworks. She also championed employee experience, formalized company values, managed global HR operations, and maintained positive relations with employee representatives, all while fostering a strong culture of inclusion.

Prior to Meilisearch, Morgane was an HR Manager at Vestiaire Collective, leading recruitment efforts for non-tech roles with a particular focus on international hiring, including the US market. She successfully managed high-volume recruitment campaigns, strengthened school relations, and orchestrated an impactful internship program in partnership with Harvard MBA students.

Earlier, Morgane Neff worked with Generali as a Talent Acquisition & School Relations specialist, where she managed large-scale intern and alternant recruitment, developed strong partnerships with hiring managers, and promoted diversity, including disability and social inclusion initiatives. At Veepee, she served as Human Resources Project Manager, where she was instrumental in launching an R&D tech lab in partnership with top engineering schools, running employer branding events, and building the company’s early talent pipelines.

Morgane holds a Master’s degree from SKEMA Business School, further grounding her expertise in business and human resources management.
