Singh’s rich career history also includes key positions at renowned companies. He served as Vice President & Head HR at Emami Agrotech Limited, where he spearheaded the HR strategy for a substantial FMCG business. His impactful leadership at Hero MotoCorp Ltd as an HR Leader saw him managing various critical HR functions, including compensation & benefits, HR technology, operations, and talent management. Additionally, his tenure at HCL Technologies as Director–HR was notable for driving a large-scale HR transformation journey that aligned with the organization’s strategic goals across multiple geographies.
Vishal Singh’s academic credentials are as impressive as his professional achievements. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University and an M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from Vladimir State University, Russia.
