New Delhi, Delhi, India, January 2025 – Vishwesh Ranjan has joined International Management Institute (IMI) as Head – Executive Education, where he will be responsible for driving leadership development programs, corporate partnerships, and strategic learning initiatives. In his new role, he will lead customized executive learning programs and strengthen IMI’s position as a top destination for executive education in India.
Prior to joining IMI, Vishwesh served as Associate Director at ISB Executive Education for over five years, where he played a pivotal role in building and nurturing corporate partnerships for executive learning. His strategic approach helped expand ISB’s influence in customized leadership programs for senior executives.

Before his tenure at ISB, he was the Business Head at FranklinCovey India & SouthAsia for over five years, leading business development, client acquisition, and leadership training programs. His expertise in designing learning journeys, integrating digital learning, and driving revenue commitments helped in positioning FranklinCovey as a preferred executive education provider.
Earlier in his career, he worked with Vinsys IT Services India Pvt. Ltd. as Manager – Business Development (Delhi NCR), where he successfully established a business center in North India and drove corporate partnerships. He also held key roles at Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and Career Forum Ltd., managing regional operations, corporate learning programs, and business expansion initiatives.
