United States – October 2024 – Vivek Kolpe has taken on a fractional role as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Powerside, a leading innovator in power quality solutions. In his new position, Vivek will focus on developing and implementing IT strategies, enhancing infrastructure, and optimizing digital operations for the company’s U.S. and Canadian operations.
Prior to joining Powerside, Vivek Kolpe served as the VP of Professional Services & Life Sciences Practice Head at Trinus Corporation since April 2024. In this role, he led strategic transformations, mentored teams, and expanded the company’s consulting footprint across diverse industries, including Life Sciences, Entertainment, and Government sectors. His focus was on technology strategy, service operations, and business transformation.
Before his tenure at Trinus, Vivek worked as a MedTech & Health Care Industry Consultant at Blue Sky Innovations, Inc., where he provided strategic consulting, engaged with senior leadership, and managed projects for major MedTech clients. His efforts centered on digital transformation, solution strategy, and program management, supporting dynamic health care clients.
Earlier, Vivek held multiple senior roles at Boston Scientific, where he led the IT function as Vice President IT – Corporate Functions & Enterprise Applications, SAP ERP COE. During his time there, he focused on digital transformation, enterprise IT strategy, and agile methodologies to enhance global IT capabilities. He also played a key role as Global IT Director – Neuromodulation, where he developed IT strategies for fast-growing global business units.
Vivek’s foundational career experiences include leadership positions at Top Tier Consulting, Medtronic, and PwC, where he gained deep expertise in business and technology strategy, IT leadership, and systems implementation across sectors such as healthcare, digital health, and telecommunications.
