Rome, Italy / Tokyo, Japan, January 2025 – Vladislava Kozakova has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Yokohama OHT, where she will drive the company’s HR strategy across Yokohama TWS, ATG, OTR, and Global Operations. In her new role, she will focus on supporting HR teams, sharing best practices, and creating meaningful career development opportunities to help strengthen talent management within the off-highway business segment.
Prior to her current appointment, Vladislava Kozakova served as the Vice President of Global HR & Sustainability at Yokohama TWS for approximately 7 years, where she collaborated closely with the leadership team to develop and implement global HR strategies.

She previously held a 16-year tenure at Celestica, serving in various leadership capacities, including Senior Director of Human Resources Global Operations and Human Resources Director for Europe. During this time, she led HR operations across 25 manufacturing sites in Asia, Europe, and North America, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Earlier in her career, she was the HR Director for Celestica CR and was instrumental in scaling two manufacturing sites in the Czech Republic, growing the workforce from greenfield sites to over 4,000 employees.
She also held HR management roles at Bass – Prague Breweries and PepsiCo, focusing on training, development, and talent management across the Czech and Slovak markets.
