Georgia, United States, December 2024 – Warren Binderman has joined Georgia Health Initiative as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With an extensive career spanning healthcare, social services, and corporate sectors, Warren brings decades of experience in financial leadership, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. His role at Georgia Health Initiative will focus on strengthening the organization’s financial sustainability, supporting its mission to improve the health of Georgians statewide.
Warren also serves as CFO at CHRIS 180, where he oversees financial operations for the Atlanta-based non-profit. In this role, he has demonstrated a strong ability to drive fiscal responsibility and sustainability.

Previously, Warren held leadership positions at LifeBrite Hospital Group, LLC and LifeBrite Laboratories LLC, where he managed multi-facility healthcare operations and achieved significant growth in revenue and operational efficiency. Additionally, he has worked with BGS Consulting as a Director of Consulting Services, providing financial leadership for strategic projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and operational restructuring.
Earlier in his career, Warren held senior roles at prominent organizations such as Arthur Andersen, KPMG, and Legend Oil and Gas, Ltd., where he honed his expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and corporate governance.
