This strategic leadership role was created to underscore the firm’s commitment to a people-first approach and delivering an exceptional employee experience. The CPO will oversee Woodard & Curran’s Human Resources department, leading initiatives to strengthen recruitment, retention, and engagement, ensuring every employee feels connected to the company’s mission and supported in their professional growth.
After reviewing more than 4,600 applications and interviewing candidates from across the architecture, construction, and engineering industry and beyond, Woodard & Curran selected Nash for her proven ability to drive transformational talent strategies that align with organizational goals and foster employee engagement. With over 25 years of experience, Nash brings deep expertise in learning and development, recruitment, and retention.
