With over two decades of expertise in digital innovation and technology leadership, Vaibhav will lead Tata Projects’ digital strategies, focusing on aligning technology with business growth, operational excellence, and sustainability. His leadership will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced technologies such as RPA, IoT, and AI, while fostering innovation through Centers of Excellence and tech awareness campaigns.
Before joining Tata Projects, Vaibhav Palan served as Head of Digital & Core Technologies APAC at Holcim, where he led the digital roadmap for the APAC region. His tenure saw the implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions, including cloud migrations, intelligent automation, and Industry 4.0 technologies, driving significant value for the organization.
Prior to Holcim, Vaibhav was the Corporate CIO at Piramal Enterprises Limited, where he established Centers of Excellence in Digital Innovation, RPA, Business Intelligence, and Change Management. His contributions were instrumental in scaling digital initiatives and transforming business operations across Piramal’s diverse verticals.
Vaibhav’s earlier roles include Customer Engagement Director at Mercator Solutions, Regional CIO at Cox & Kings, and various leadership positions at NIIT Technologies, showcasing his consistent ability to lead and implement transformative technologies across industries.
