PLEASANTON, Calif. — Workday, Inc., renowned for its enterprise management solutions, announced today an expanded partnership with Randstad, the global leader in talent services. This extended collaboration will see Randstad deploying Workday Financial Management and Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) across its 39 markets alongside a joint venture to enhance implementation capabilities aimed at navigating the complex global talent landscape.
Under the renewed agreement, Randstad will integrate Workday’s AI-driven platforms to transform its HR and financial systems, promoting efficiency and scalability across its global operations. “We look forward to expanding our partnership with Randstad to not only support its transformation goals through the Workday platform, but also to join forces on a potential service offering for our joint customers,” said Carl Eschenbach, CEO of Workday.
The collaboration is set to merge Randstad’s deep talent acquisition expertise with Workday’s cutting-edge technology solutions. “This extension of our partnership with Workday – both through our platform deployment and upcoming collaboration – will marry the best of Randstad’s talent capabilities with Workday’s best in class technology solutions,” remarked Sander van ‘t Noordende, CEO of Randstad.
Future Collaborative Opportunities
The partnership will also explore future collaborative opportunities that could further integrate their services. Randstad’s managed service provider (MSP) business segment has already achieved Platinum Workday MSP partner status, marking a significant milestone in their collaborative efforts.
