London, United Kingdom, September 2025 – WPP has announced a sweeping set of leadership changes that signal a bold stride toward intelligent growth and integrated client solutions. Devika Bulchandani has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of WPP, Laurent Ezekiel as Global CEO of Ogilvy Group and Executive Sponsor for WPP Open X, and Floriane Tripolino as CEO of WPP Open X, the bespoke agency model for The Coca-Cola Company.
Devika Bulchandani, in her new role as Chief Operating Officer of WPP, will be charged with commercializing services across the WPP ecosystem in a streamlined and client-centric manner. Under her leadership, Ogilvy was transformed into a modern, diversified, and globally awarded creative powerhouse, being named the world’s Most Creative and Most Effective network for three consecutive years (2023–2025) on WARC’s Creative 100 and Effective 100 rankings.
Laurent Ezekiel, the incoming Global CEO of Ogilvy Group, will lead the network’s full suite of integrated marketing capabilities, including advertising, PR, social & influence, customer engagement, consulting, and health. Ezekiel’s previous success in architecting WPP Open X for The Coca-Cola Company—considered the industry’s largest global marketing partnership—positions him well to scale Ogilvy’s growth and creative excellence even further.
Floriane Tripolino, now CEO of WPP Open X, will scale the innovation-first partnership model with The Coca-Cola Company by leveraging advanced AI, data capabilities, and creative solutions such as Studio X. Her prior success in deepening WPP’s partnership with Nestlé, expanding media capabilities, and championing WPP Open tools underscores her strategic acumen and ability to drive transformation at scale.
