Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, September 2025 — Riddhi Patel has been appointed as the Head – People and Operations at Akhila Labs, LLC. In her new role, she will oversee end-to-end people strategy, operations, and organizational development, aligning HR and administrative functions with Akhila Labs’ mission of driving next-generation digital transformation solutions.
Riddhi brings with her more than 13 years of diverse experience in human resources, people management, and operations. Prior to joining Akhila Labs, she served for over a decade at VOLANSYS (An ACL Digital Company), where she rose to the role of Senior Executive Human Resources. Across her 10-year tenure, she managed payroll, office administration, HR policies, performance appraisals, MIS, and travel management while streamlining processes and enhancing employee engagement in a high-growth technology environment.
Before VOLANSYS, Riddhi worked as an Admin Executive at Redbricks Education Foundation, where she managed campus operations, vendor relationships, and procurement, ensuring smooth functioning of institutional services. She also held the role of Team Leader – Recruitment at Havoc Consultants Pvt. Ltd., leading hiring efforts across industries and building effective recruitment processes to meet diverse business needs.
Her career began at Vodafone as an Executive, followed by an early stint as a Business Consultant at Universal Hunt, where she gained foundational experience in consulting and recruitment. These formative roles allowed her to develop a strong understanding of business operations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
In her new mandate at Akhila Labs, Riddhi will leverage her experience in HR and operations to design people-centric policies, strengthen employee engagement, and drive organizational excellence, contributing to the company’s growth as it supports customers in their digital transformation journeys.
