New York, New York, United States, March 2026 — WPP has appointed Jane Geraghty as Global Chief Executive Officer of WPP Brand & Design, while also naming her Global Chief Executive Officer of Landor, as the company further sharpens its focus on delivering integrated brand transformation and design-led growth for clients worldwide.
In her expanded remit, Geraghty will lead WPP’s brand and design capabilities globally, bringing together strategy, creativity, and execution to help brands build clarity and consistency in an increasingly complex marketing environment. She will also continue to steer Landor, strengthening its global position across brand strategy, identity, experience, and design systems.
Geraghty has been part of WPP for over two years, most recently serving as Chief Client Officer, WPP, where she worked closely with senior client stakeholders and teams across the network to deepen partnerships and drive outcomes for global brands. Her appointment builds on this enterprise-wide leadership exposure and her longstanding experience in brand-led business transformation.
Prior to this role, she spent more than a decade with Landor, holding a series of senior leadership positions including Global CEO, Group Global CEO, President, EMEA, and Managing Director. Across these roles, she helped shape Landor’s global direction and worked with multinational clients on brand strategy, organizational alignment, and growth agendas.
Earlier in her career, Geraghty served as Managing Director at Naked Communications, and previously worked as Content Development Director at ITV, building experience at the intersection of content, communications, and brand storytelling.
She has also held senior roles with organizations including Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners, Ogilvy & Mather, Ammirati Puris Lintas, McCann London, and WCRS, contributing to business development and client leadership responsibilities across multiple markets and sectors.
