Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 — Francis Padamadan has been appointed as the CEO-designate of Xpheno, a leading specialist staffing firm, as the company accelerates its growth strategy with an eye on an upcoming initial public offering (IPO) and a revenue target of Rs 500 crore. With a stellar track record in executive search, RPO, and global staffing, Padamadan’s extensive leadership experience includes senior roles at Kelly Services, TritonExec, and Hirewell.
Padamadan’s expertise in building and scaling Greenfield Global Capability Centres (GCCs), particularly in the banking and automotive sectors, is expected to play a key role in Xpheno’s international expansion. The firm, which currently supports over 400 established GCCs in India, is sharpening its focus on the USD 6 billion Indian specialist staffing market, particularly in domain-intensive verticals like BFSI and consumer sectors.

As part of its next growth phase, Xpheno plans to deepen its GCC capabilities, explore strategic acquisitions in RPO and executive search, and extend its footprint into European markets.
Commenting on his vision, Padamadan emphasized strengthening Xpheno’s core framework of People, Process, Technology, and Data, while leading the team toward its IPO milestone. With over 24,000 professionals placed and high client satisfaction metrics, Xpheno under his leadership is poised to scale new heights in delivering high-impact staffing solutions.
