Tel Aviv, Israel, June 2025 – Yael Kahana Ben-Tovim has joined Sentra as the new Vice President Human Resources, bringing with her more than 15 years of distinguished leadership in global HR, scaling technology organizations, and building people-first cultures. In her new role at Sentra, Yael will lead global HR strategy and operations, aligning talent, culture, and organizational development with Sentra’s mission to secure data in the AI era.
Most recently, Yael served as Vice President Human Resources at Anodot, where she spent nearly three years overseeing all HR functions in a high-growth, data analytics company. She played a pivotal role in building scalable HR infrastructure and enabling leadership alignment during a period of rapid expansion.
Prior to Anodot, Yael had a remarkable 10+ year tenure at Checkmarx, a cybersecurity innovator. During this time, she served as VP Global Human Resources, helping the company grow from a small 10-person startup to a global firm with over 650 employees. As the first HR leader in the organization, she built HR operations from the ground up, established global HR systems and processes, and supported international growth with strong cultural integration.
Earlier, she worked as Recruiter Manager at Hever, where she led talent acquisition and staffing initiatives over a span of two years, strengthening recruitment capabilities and aligning hiring to strategic business needs.
