Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Yogesh Pandey has joined Syngene International Limited as Talent Acquisition Lead, where he will spearhead recruitment for early-career professionals and enabling functions, with a focus on scientific talent acquisition to accelerate Syngene’s innovation-driven growth strategy.
Prior to joining Syngene, Yogesh worked as a Solopreneur, partnering with tech start-ups on AI-driven products and conducting research on the impact of emerging technologies on employee well-being and experience. His entrepreneurial approach deepened his understanding of talent strategy in rapidly evolving ecosystems.
Before that, Yogesh spent nearly 3 years at Fidelity International, where he served as Head of Talent Acquisition for India and Global Technology & Digital. He led hiring for tech hubs across India, UK, China, and Ireland, automated recruitment processes, and successfully launched a greenfield site in Bengaluru with a record diversity ratio and cost efficiency.
Yogesh has also held the role of Head of Talent Acquisition, India at Wolters Kluwer for over 2 years, where he delivered hiring for high-growth centers in India and drove diversity hiring from top-tier B-Schools. Earlier, at Barclays, he was Vice President – Talent Acquisition, where he led recruitment for India and APAC, improving onboarding experiences and boosting diversity metrics in tech hiring.
His earlier tenure at IBM spanned over 5 years, where he held multiple leadership roles including Global Process Leader for HR Transformation and Recruitment Delivery Leader for India/South Asia. He led global HRMS implementations and recruited over 10,000 professionals annually across delivery centers. His career journey also includes strategic TA leadership roles at Quatrro, Bank of America Continuum, ABC Consultants, and Eicher Motors.
