Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, August 2025 – Yogesh Ramdasani has joined Trading Technologies as People Strategy & Operations Director, Asia Pacific, after an illustrious 14-year tenure in various HR leadership roles at the Adani Group. In his new role, he will lead strategic HR initiatives that align talent, systems, and processes with business growth across diverse markets. His focus will be on driving organizational agility, enhancing employee experience, and building scalable people operations to support innovation and performance in the Asia Pacific region.

Ramdasani most recently served as Lead – Human Resources and Administration at Adani Enterprises Limited for over a year, where he acted as a business partner to the CEO and CPO, managing the complete HR function for around 300 employees across 17 locations, including two overseas. His portfolio covered manpower planning, talent acquisition, people development, and culture building.

Prior to this, he was Head of Human Resources at Adani Total Private Limited for nearly five years. In this role, he was responsible for delivering HR, industrial relations, and administrative services at both the corporate office and the LNG terminal in Dhamra, Odisha.

Earlier in his career at the Adani Group, Ramdasani was Associate Manager in the Group HR Technology Team, contributing to the implementation of Oracle Fusion HRMS across 12 business units and 300+ legal entities, impacting over 30,000 employees. He also served as Executive Assistant to the Group HR Head for Ports, Mining & Projects Businesses, leading major HR projects including Owner Manager, Respect & Dignity, and Succession Planning. He began his journey in the group as Associate Manager – Corporate Human Resources at Adani Ports and SEZ, helping centralize HR functions as the business grew from one to six operating ports.

Ramdasani started his career with early HR training and internship roles at Alstom Power, Netafim Irrigation India, Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd., Peoples Training & Research Centre, and Shroffs Foundation Trust.

He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda and completed a Management Development Program in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), a bespoke program curated for top HR talent across Adani Group.
