Dubai, United Arab Emirates, June 2024 – Yomna Khalil has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC). With an extensive career in human resources across various multinational organizations, Yomna brings a wealth of experience in strategic leadership, HR transformation, and talent management. Aujan Coca-Cola Beverages Company (ACCBC) marks a new chapter in Yomna Khalil’s professional journey.
Before joining ACCBC, Yomna served as the Chief Human Resources Officer-GCC & Pakistan Cluster at AstraZeneca from May 2021 to May 2024. In this role, she led HR initiatives across multiple regions, focusing on skill development, employee benefits design, and strategic leadership.
Prior to AstraZeneca, Yomna spent nearly a decade at PepsiCo in various leadership roles. She served as the HR Director-Asia, Middle East & North Africa from January 2016 to October 2019, where she was instrumental in driving cultural change and staff retention initiatives. Before that, she was the Head of HR-Manufacturing & Supply Chain Snacks-North East Africa from September 2013 to January 2016, leading HR functions for manufacturing and supply chain operations in the region.
Yomna’s earlier career includes roles such as HR Sr. Manager-Talent Acquisition & Deployment COE – Europe and HR Sr. Manager-Talent Management-Europe at PepsiCo, where she gained significant experience in talent acquisition and management across Europe. She also served as the HR Manager-Organization Excellence & Internal Communications-North East Africa, further honing her skills in HR strategy and organizational excellence.
Before her tenure at PepsiCo, Yomna worked at Procter & Gamble as a Senior HRBP & Employee Relations Manager-Near East Region and HR Lead Compensation & Benefits-Near East Region, where she was responsible for employee relations, compensation, and benefits management. She began her HR career at Procter & Gamble as an HR Assistant Manager-Talent Acquisition-Egypt.
