In his new role, Yudhvir will collaborate closely with Editorial, Product, Engineering, Brand, and Data Science teams, as well as external partners, to strengthen the company’s digital ecosystem, drive business impact, and enable the next phase of technology-led growth.
A seasoned technology and product leader, Yudhvir Mor brings over two decades of experience spanning digital transformation, product innovation, and enterprise technology leadership across leading global and Indian organisations. Prior to joining Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd., he served as Group Chief Product and Technology Officer at HT Media Ltd., where he led cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Design, Data Science, and Architecture, delivering substantial impact through digital innovation and data-driven strategy.
At HT Media, Yudhvir built and scaled teams of over 200 professionals, driving 25% revenue growth, 3x subscriber growth, and 2x user engagement, while executing a cloud-first modernisation strategy that resulted in 40% cloud cost savings and a 3x improvement in DORA metrics. His leadership in integrating Generative AI into editorial processes and optimising the Customer Data Platform (CDP) was pivotal in enhancing efficiency, engagement, and monetisation.
Before his tenure at HT Media, Yudhvir held senior leadership roles at Zuora, Genpact, Xerox, and Johnson & Johnson, where he led global engineering and systems transformation initiatives. As Country Manager and Vice President – Engineering at Zuora, he played a key role in enabling the subscription economy for over 1,500 global customers. His earlier stints included leading digital transformations at Xerox Europe and Johnson & Johnson, where he deployed cloud-based CRM systems across multiple markets.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Yudhvir is the Founder of RiseAgain (CovidWomenHelp)—a volunteer-led initiative that supported over 9,000 women impacted by COVID-19, creating 3,000+ job opportunities in partnership with IC3, Indeed.com, and NASSCOM. His contributions to technology, innovation, and social impact underscore his belief in leveraging digital platforms for transformative change.
