With a strong background in human resources, strategic workforce planning, and organizational development, she brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Lidovskaia has been with Addin365 for nearly two years, previously serving as HR Manager, where she played a key role in enhancing HR operations, implementing people policies, and fostering a dynamic workplace culture. Her contributions helped shape Addin365’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
Before joining Addin365, she took a career break to pursue CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development, further strengthening her expertise in HR leadership. Prior to that, she was Head of People at Up Learn, where she focused on talent management, strategic HR planning, and scaling HR operations. She also held interim leadership roles at Selina Finance and Ruby Labs, where she implemented HR systems, optimized employee engagement, and led workforce expansion efforts.
Lidovskaia’s earlier career includes key talent acquisition and HR roles at organizations such as Thought Machine, Cuvva, Checkout.com, King, and Visa, where she built recruitment strategies, led employer branding initiatives, and drove people-focused programs. Her extensive experience across startups and established firms has equipped her with a strategic HR vision that will support Addin365’s continued growth.
