Budapest, Hungary, November 2025 — Zoltán Vass has started a new position as Group Head of Talent Acquisition at MVM, taking charge of enterprise-wide hiring strategies for one of Hungary’s largest and most influential energy groups. In this strategic role, he will guide group-level talent acquisition initiatives, strengthen employer branding, and support MVM’s growing workforce needs across the national energy ecosystem.
Zoltán most recently served at Roche, where he built an impressive track record over more than four years. His latest role as Head of Talent Acquisition for Austria, Hungary, Latvia, and Israel saw him leading end-to-end recruitment strategy across multiple countries, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, developing employer branding initiatives, designing leadership development interventions, and partnering extensively with senior leadership teams to meet site-level hiring goals. Before this, he served as Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing a 20+ member recruitment team, managing performance and compensation processes, driving cost optimisation, steering third-party partnerships, and ensuring streamlined recruitment governance across the organisation.
Prior to Roche, Zoltán worked with Procter & Gamble for nearly three years, where he advanced from Regional Talent Manager (HU/CRO/CZ/SK) to HR Services Manager & Solution Market Leader for Hungary & Croatia. In these roles, he supported multiple markets across Central Europe, managed payroll ownership, drove joint business planning with cross-functional leaders, ensured service excellence across benefits and HR operations, and delivered market-fit HR services by collaborating with global service lines. His work strengthened employee experience and helped integrate complex HR, legal and tax processes.
Earlier in his career, Zoltán held talent and employer branding leadership positions at Continental and Nestlé, where he managed recruitment operations, led employer branding activities, executed campus outreach programmes, developed talent acquisition strategies, and guided teams through large-scale hiring cycles. His early journey at Nestlé included progressive roles in recruitment, employer branding, and talent management, where he gained hands-on experience across sourcing, assessment centres, training coordination, digital recruitment, and candidate experience management.
Zoltán began his career as a Talent Management & Training Trainee at Nestlé, where he supported training operations, SAP training processes, talent retention initiatives, personal development cycles, and reporting activities. These formative experiences built the foundation for his later leadership roles across the global HR and talent ecosystem.
