Niroopa Padmanabhan brings nearly two decades of experience in design leadership, workplace strategy and project execution. She has held senior roles at organizations such as Smartworks, Livspace.com among others. In her new role, she will lead the overall design strategy and execution, focusing on workplace aesthetics, design-build planning and implementation.
Prashant Nair brings over19 years of rich experience with a strong focus on commercial leasing, client handling for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) and delivering customised office solutions. He has consistently demonstrated expertise in business analysis, market assessment and strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining 91Springboard, he was associated with brands including Smartworks, Simpliwork, Incuspaze, to name a few.
Bindu Nambiar is a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional with two decades of diverse industry experience. She has held pivotal roles in retention, acquisition, relationship marketing, sales and operations. Throughout her career, Bindu has been associated with globally recognized brands such as CondéNast, Network18 Media & Investments Limited amongst other reputed companies.
With over 15 yearsof experience, Tarun Dhawan brings deep domain expertise in flexible workspace, leasing and managed office solutions. Tarun has consistently driven revenue growth, improved occupancy metrics and led dynamic sales teams across leading developers, IPCs and flexible workspace brands. He has played a key role in shaping commercial leasing strategies at renowned organisations including Lodha Group, WeWork, CBRE and several other firms.
