Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2024 – Vinod Chaturvedi is enthused to announce his new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Shree Cement Ltd. With a distinguished career in HR leadership and strategic management, Vinod brings a wealth of experience to Shree Cement.
Vinod’s most recent role was at Century Textiles and Industries Limited, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer. Over his ten-month tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping the HR landscape of the company, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Before Century Textiles, Vinod was with Essel Mining and Industries Limited for over seven years as the CHRO- Mineral Resources & Mining, Head- Noble Ferro Alloys Business, and Group Head – Employee Relations. In this capacity, he led various HR functions and initiatives, significantly contributing to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
At UltraTech Cement, Vinod held the position of Jt. Executive President & Head – HR Cement- Manufacturing & Projects, RMC & Birla White Cement. During his tenure of nearly four years, he was instrumental in managing HR operations across multiple business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Earlier in his career, Vinod served as the Chief People Officer at Viraj Profiles Ltd for over two years, where he spearheaded HR strategies and initiatives that enhanced organizational performance and employee engagement.
