Scientific Games Appoints Amy Steinman as Chief Human Resources Officer

Atlanta, Georgia, USA, June, 2024 – Scientific Games has announced the appointment of Amy Steinman as the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the latest addition to the executive leadership team. With extensive experience in strategic and operational HR, Steinman will lead the global lottery company’s 3,000 employees across 16 countries as it continues to innovate and serve government-regulated lotteries and partners on six continents.

Steinman brings a wealth of experience from her 25-year career with Koch Industries, where she most recently played a pivotal role in integrating Infor, a multitenant SaaS business, into Koch Industries. Her responsibilities included overseeing organizational design, talent development, and fostering a collaborative global culture. Prior to this, Steinman was the Business Transformation Change Management Executive at Koch Industries, where she developed the company’s change leadership approach for global digital and process transformation initiatives. She has also held HR leadership positions at INVISTA and Georgia-Pacific.
