Jakarta, Indonesia, June 2024 – Suci Dwi Kamalina has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources at Shipper. With a robust background in talent management and human resources, Suci is set to lead the HR functions at Shipper, contributing to the company’s strategic growth and employee development.
Suci Dwi Kamalina has been with Shipper for approximately 2.5 years. Before taking on her new role, she served as the People Partner Lead – Non Ops for around 2.5 years. In this role, she was instrumental in leading HR initiatives, managing talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Prior to her tenure at Shipper, Suci worked at Halodoc ID as a Talent Scout for about 3.5 years. Her responsibilities included sourcing and recruiting top talent, managing the hiring process, and supporting organizational development.
Before joining Halodoc ID, Suci was a Research Consultant at BTI Consultants for around 2 years. Here, she specialized in executive search and recruitment, providing valuable insights and talent solutions for various clients.
Suci also gained experience as a Researcher at Potentia HR Consulting – Cornerstone Jakarta, Indonesia for approximately 1.5 years. In this role, she conducted in-depth research and analysis to support recruitment and HR consulting projects.
Her early career began at PT. International Quatropersisi as an Assistant Consultant, where she spent about 2.5 years conducting recruitment activities, including candidate search, screening, interviewing, and conducting various HR assessments.
