United States, June 2024 – Sumeet Chadha has joined the Board of Directors at Tranzeal Incorporated. With a rich background in workforce management and professional services, Sumeet brings extensive experience and innovative ideas to the board.

Sumeet Chadha was recognized as one of the top 100 influential talent acquisition leaders across America by the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) in their 2024 Staffing 100 North America list. Before joining Tranzeal, Chadha spent over 12 years at Tech Mahindra in various leadership roles, most recently as the Head of Talent Acquisition – Onsite, where he oversaw resource management, recruitment policies, and collaborated closely with global business development teams.
Sumeet was awarded as one of the top 100 influential talent acquisition leaders across America’s by SIA ( Staffing Industry Association) 2024 Staffing 100 North America at-a-Glance – The Staffing 100 (staffingindustry.com).
Prior to this, he spent over 12 years at Tech Mahindra in various leadership roles. Most recently, he was the Head of Talent Acquisition – Onsite overseeing resource management, recruitment policies, and worked closely with business development globally.
From March 2012 to January 2018, Sumeet was the Head of Professional Services – APJ, North Asia, Middle East and Africa at Tech Mahindra, responsible for managing and growing a professional service. Earlier in his career, he was the Vice President – APAC at Helius Technologies, where he demonstrated P&L growth and managed professional services and operations from September 2010 to February 2012.
