With a distinguished career in talent and development, Marsha brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role. Marsha’s extensive expertise and strategic vision make her an excellent fit for Fisher Investments, and her leadership will be instrumental in driving the company’s learning initiatives.
Marsha McKay joins Fisher Investments from One Call, where she served as Director of Talent Development for about 2.5 years. In this role, she was responsible for developing and executing talent development strategies to support business growth and employee engagement.
Prior to One Call, Marsha was the Director of Talent Development at Virginia Tech for approximately 2 years. Here, she led initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression, significantly improving employee satisfaction and retention.
Before Virginia Tech, Marsha served as the Director of Learning and Development at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro for nearly 2 years. She focused on creating and implementing learning programs that aligned with the university’s strategic goals.
Earlier in her career, Marsha worked with San Diego Gas & Electric for over 12 years in various roles, including Senior Advisor in Marketing, Education, and Outreach. Her tenure there showcased her ability to lead large teams and deliver impactful educational programs.
