Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, June 2024 – Colleen A. has joined AxFlow as Head of HR. With a wealth of experience in human resources management and strategic leadership, Colleen is set to drive AxFlow’s HR initiatives and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Colleen joins AxFlow from Toll Group, where she served as Senior HR People Partner for a year. In this role, she managed HR functions across resources and industrials nationally, focusing on stakeholder management, industrial relations, continuous improvement, and HR transformation.
Prior to her time at Toll Group, Colleen was the Human Resources Manager at Marr Contracting from 2021 to 2023. She led HR management, training and development, policy formulation, and stakeholder management initiatives, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Colleen also held the role of Human Resources Manager (Consulting) at BINAH from December 2020 to June 2021, where she led the HR agenda for compliance and establishment in a startup environment. Before this, she spent over four years with Bull & Bear Special Assignments as a Senior HR Consultant / HR Manager / Head of HR, driving HR management, project management, and leadership development.
Her extensive experience also includes roles at Ausgrid, The GEO Group Australia, Transport for NSW, Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority, National Gallery of Australia, Hindmarsh, and Barrington Group Australia, where she consistently demonstrated her expertise in HR management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
