Detroit, Michigan, United States, June 2024 – Nicole W. has joined RGIS as Head of Human Resources U.S.. With extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic management, Nicole is poised to lead RGIS’s HR functions to new heights.
Nicole joins RGIS with a wealth of experience in human resources. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Executive Officer at Phrased Human Resources Solutions, LLC from April 2023 to June 2024. In this role, she led HR operational support, providing scalable HR infrastructure solutions to businesses of all sizes. Her leadership helped businesses implement HR technology, manage payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
Before Phrased HR, Nicole was Director of Human Resources Operations at Help at Home, LLC from August 2021 to April 2023. She built the HR Operations strategy from the ground up, developing scalable and standardized HR processes and leading teams in labor relations, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR services.
Nicole has a long history with RGIS, having held multiple roles including Director of Compliance and Ethics (North America) from July 2019 to August 2021, Director of U.S. Field Human Resources from December 2018 to July 2019, Manager of Human Resources from February 2016 to December 2018, and Manager of Human Resources Compliance and Ethics from September 2014 to February 2016. In these roles, she developed compliance strategies, led HR teams, implemented employee relations initiatives, and ensured compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Nicole began her career at AAA-The Auto Club Group, where she served in various HR roles from July 2003 to September 2008. She provided consultative support in staffing, recruiting, training, and compliance with federal and state laws.
