Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2026 — Colliers has welcomed Diksha Gulati back to Colliers India as Director, Advisory Services. With over 15 years of experience, she brings deep expertise in consulting and research, along with a strong understanding of India’s real estate sector. Based in Mumbai, she will lead a talented team, spearhead new business development, and focus on building profitability.
Before rejoining Colliers, Diksha Gulati built a strong leadership journey at Savills India, where she most recently served as Associate Director. Prior to that, she held the roles of General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Senior Manager. Her progression at Savills reflects a steady rise through the advisory and consulting space, strengthening her experience in business development, client advisory, market analysis, and team leadership.
Earlier, she was associated with Colliers International as Research Manager, giving her prior experience within the Colliers platform before this return in a senior advisory role. That earlier stint at Colliers added strong market insight and sector understanding, making her return especially significant for the business.
Before that, Diksha Gulati worked as Manager at Adventum Offshore and as Assistant Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. At Cushman & Wakefield, she covered western Indian real estate markets including Mumbai and Pune, and was responsible for macro and micro-market analysis of the real estate sector, as well as publishing periodic research notes on industry segments. These roles helped build her foundation in real estate consulting and research.
A major early phase of her career was spent at S&P Capital IQ, where she worked as Research Associate – Grade 2 and Research Associate – Grade 1. In these roles, she covered mergers and acquisitions transactions across geographies and sectors, including Europe and North America, while developing strong secondary research capabilities using platforms such as Factiva, Reuters, and LexisNexis. This early experience added analytical depth to her later work in real estate research and advisory services.
Her career reflects a strong combination of research-led insight, consulting capability, and business leadership across major real estate and information services organizations. With this background, Diksha Gulati brings a well-rounded advisory profile to her new role at Colliers India.
