Atlanta, Georgia, United States, June 2024 – Lilina Blanco Lund has joined EPTA GROUP as the new Head of HR – Americas. With extensive experience in human resources management, Lilina is poised to lead and enhance the HR functions across the Americas region for EPTA.
Prior to joining EPTA GROUP, Lilina served at Consilio LLC for over two years. She started as the Global Human Resources Director in April 2022 and later took on the role of VP, Human Resources from March 2024 to June 2024. In these roles, she oversaw global HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
Before her tenure at Consilio LLC, Lilina worked as the Director, Senior HR Business Partner at Iron Mountain for over a year in Atlanta, Georgia. Here, she led HR business partnering initiatives, driving talent management, employee engagement, and HR transformation projects.
Lilina also has experience as an HR Partner at GE, where she managed HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations, contributing significantly to the company’s HR strategies and operations. She was with GE for four years.
She founded All About Parties in 2008, a retail and service business specializing in high-end party decoration and planning. She successfully ran this business in Fort Collins, CO, and later in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for four years.
Her earlier career includes extensive HR experience at GE in Venezuela, where she served as a Senior HR Manager and later as a Contract Manager, managing contracts worth $25MM for power plant upgrades for Venezuela’s largest electric utility. She was with GE in these roles for a total of six years.
Lilina began her HR journey as an HR Manager at Costa Norte Construcciones for three years in Venezuela, and earlier as an HR Generalist at Dillinger Stahlbau Dusseldorf for one year.
