London, United Kingdom, July 2024 – Tara Tapper has joined the EasyPark Group as the new Chief People & Culture Officer. Tara Tapper joins EasyPark Group from Cloudreach, an Eviden business, where she served for around 4 years. She held the positions of Chief Operating Officer & Chief People Officer for approximately 1 year and 10 months and Chief People Officer for around 4 years. In these roles, Tara led business transformations, integration projects, and spearheaded HR strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Prior to Cloudreach, Tara was the Chief People Officer at Mind Gym for about 1 year, where she scaled the business post-IPO and implemented HR governance for the newly listed company.
She also served as the HR Director at Zopa Bank for around 6 months, leading the People workstream for the planned launch of a new FinTech bank and managing day-to-day HR, Business Support, and Facilities functions.
Before Zopa, Tara worked at HSBC as the Head of Human Resources, HSBC Digital for approximately 9 months. She was responsible for establishing the HR function for a digital fintech scale-up within the traditional global bank.
Earlier in her career, Tara held the position of Group HR Director at Wonga.com for about 2 years and 3 months, leading the people workstream to obtain a regulatory license from the UK FCA and extensively restructuring the business.
She also worked at RBS for approximately 5 years, including roles as Head of HR, RBS Technology & Services India for about 4 years and Director HR, Technology, COO and Change for around 1 year, where she led significant organizational changes and offshore operations scaling.
Tara began her career in HR at Marks and Spencer as a Graduate Trainee and has since gained extensive experience in various senior HR roles across multiple industries.
