Patti Flauto has started her role as the Chief Human Resources Officer at National Safety Apparel. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States, she will oversee HR strategies, employee engagement, and talent management to drive organizational success.
Previously, Patti served as the President of Talignite, LLC for over eight years, where she led the company’s operations and strategic initiatives. Her leadership was instrumental in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Prior to her role at Talignite, Patti was a Senior Business Consultant at Predictive Synergistic Systems, where she provided consulting services to enhance business performance and HR practices. She contributed to various projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
At The Riverside Company, Patti held the position of Director, Global Talent Management. During her tenure, she was responsible for designing and implementing global talent management strategies that aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Earlier in her career, Patti worked as a Sr. Human Resource Consultant at ERC, where she provided HR consulting services to various organizations. She also held positions as a Consultant at Cuyahoga Community College, HR Business Partner at Key Bank, and HR Manager at MRI Software.
