Jussen as the new Vice President of Business Development, marking her return to the organization in a senior strategic capacity. In her new role, she will lead high-impact business development initiatives, strengthening partnerships across the pharma and biotech ecosystem while advancing the company’s mission to elevate clinical progress through strategic engagements and expert-driven insights.
Nicole joins MJH Life Sciences® from EVERSANA, where she served as Vice President of Business Development for nearly two years. During this tenure, she played a pivotal role in expanding strategic partnerships, supporting commercial innovation across the life sciences sector, and driving business growth through consultative engagement with biotech and pharmaceutical leaders.
Prior to EVERSANA, Nicole worked with MJH Life Sciences™ as Senior Director of Business Development, Cell & Gene Therapies, contributing significantly to revenue growth, commercial expansion, and relationship development across emerging therapeutic areas. Her strategic work in cell and gene therapy positioned her as a key business development leader within the organization.
Before joining MJH Life Sciences™, Nicole spent over eight years at Targeted Oncology, holding multiple roles including Director, National Accounts, Senior National Accounts Manager, and National Accounts Manager. Across these positions, she led national-level relationships, strengthened market presence, and collaborated with oncology stakeholders across the U.S., developing a deep understanding of the oncology landscape and commercial strategy.
Nicole began her career with early professional experiences at OncLive, Viacom, Across Health, and Rutgers University, gaining exposure to media, pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare communications, and academic research. These formative roles shaped her multidisciplinary understanding of healthcare, marketing, and commercial operations, laying a strong foundation for her subsequent leadership trajectory across life sciences business development.
